Sunday, May 16th was my 62 birthday. I had a few friends over and we BBQ'ed a leg of lamb and Potatoes on the grill. I made a corn-tomatoes-cucumber salad, homemade foccacia and there was plenty of red wine.
The recipes came from the hot smokin hot BBQ site. Here are some pictures of the food and the making of it.
I smoked it on the grill at 250 for 2 hours. It's a gass grill with a home made smoke bucket. I just drilled holes arround and empty paint can from home depot. You need to burn it befor you use it.
I made the focaccia and pressed tomatoes onions and garlic mixed with fresh chives and rosemary just befor I put it in the oven.
Fresh squeezed Lime aid! Yum
